The Build Process
Once planning has been achieved we offer several taylor made solutions which depend how you wish to complete your build.
- Inception to completion’
We guide you through the process of Plot acquisition (if necessary), Design a home which meets your criteria and then guide you through the planning process. Upon planning success, we will then complete Tender documents and coordinate the Tender process finding the right trades for your build construction. We will then Project Manage your build to completion. - Project Management
You may already have Planning Permission – We can Project Manage your build ensuring the right trades are brought in at the right time to complete your build to the standards you expect. - Design & Tender
We guide you through the process of Plot acquisition (if necessary), Design a home which meets your criteria and then guide you through the planning process. Upon planning success, we will then complete Tender documents and coordinate the Tender process enabling you to Project Manage your build you completion.
